Lone Oak is located next to Village Creek in Burleson.
Trails with picnic tables wind through stately oak trees
immediately adjacent to the winery and tasting room. The
award-winning big red wines, for which Lone Oak is known,
are hand crafted by winemaker Jim Evans from grapes grown in
three locations: the high-density Bordeaux-style vineyards
of Robert and Jamey Wolf at Valley View, Texas; various
vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA; and the estate
vineyards at Lone Oak, which include three delightful white
varieties as well as the classic reds.
